Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition. A copy of our original invoice must be included. Prior authorization is required. All returns are subject to 15% restock charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D.'s for returns. Returns under $50.00 will not be accepted.

Damages: UPS: If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it to you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery, Call UPS for an inspection. Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc. UPS will inform you what to do.
